SHIPPING

We put a strong emphasis on fantastic shipping practices. After learning from shipping thousands of guitars, we have come up with a few shipping rules:

  1. We only ship instruments and amps with FedEx or UPS.
  2. All shipments (besides inexpensive accessories) are shipped with a signature required, no exceptions.Ā Ā 
  3. Instruments are packed so there is no movement in the outer box, and/or inside the case (this is the key!).
  4. Plenty of tape!
  5. Always have shipments on the truck the same (by 2pm ET) or next day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: Tracking numbers usually take 24 hours before they appear in FedEx/UPS/USPS systems.Ā  All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your purchase leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason (simply just donā€™t like it, etc) 5 days from receipt of the item. This does not apply to international orders nor to instruments with custom modifications completed by our tech team per the customer's request (pickup change, strap button install, etc.) You will need to pay the return shipping cost and actual outgoing shipping cost (even if ā€œfree shippingā€ is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method.

If an item is damaged in shipping, we will always complete a return at $0 cost to youĀ  (we will cover return shipping, and charge no restocking fee no matter the payment method, etc) AND/OR offer a partial refund to fully cover the issue. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are issues with your instrument.Ā

Heritage Custom Shop Core Collection H-150 Electric Guitar Plain Top Ebony

Revered for its elegance, the Heritage Custom Core H-150 Plain Top blends tradition with simplicity to deliver a refined look and timeless tone. This guitar is crafted in our factory at 225 Parsons Street, Kalamazoo, and features the finest plain maple top and lightweight genuine mahogany back. A nitrocellulose finish with vintage gloss adds a subtle shine and velvety smooth feel to this guitar, and ages beautifully over time. With a redesigned carve top, 17Ā° headstock and 4.5Ā° neck angle, the Custom Core H-150 is optimized for excellent playability. This guitar is fitted with our Heritage Custom 225 Classic humbuckers. Designed and wound in-house, these vintage-inspired pickups are tuned for the Heritage Custom Core H-150 and excel in both clean and overdriven tones. Other notable features include a '50s C-shaped neck profile, a locking bridge with aluminum stopbar tailpiece and the optional Vibramate with Bigsby B7. The headstock has a holly veneer and carries the 'Heritage' logo with a Twin Arrow inlay.
