Ordering FAQs

All purchases made before 2PM EST will ship same day (unless there are extenuating circumstances causing a delay, in which case we promise to contact you!)

In general, we do not ship on the weekends or federal holidays as UPS does not pickup on these days. Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays will ship the following Monday.

Yes! Every guitar is setup and inspected before shipping. If you have any specific setup requests, please leave them in the order notes below.

Since COVID-19, many payment processors changed their policy to not allow for ANY refunds on their processing fees even if we send our customers a FULL refund. It's an unfortunate business policy on their part and we absolutely hate what it means for you as a customer.

For example, if you buy a $5000 guitar from us and return it for a full refund even just one hour later, the 3% credit card processing fee we were charged ($150) doesn't get refunded to us. This can become extremely expensive for a small business - especially on higher-end gear - so we regretfully have to pass this expense to the customer.

Affirm has the same policies as our credit card processors, but the fees are higher due to our special 0% financing program. (We pay all of your interest as a promotion to help you purchase a guitar.) When you return something purchased through Affirm, we aren't refunded any of the interest they charge us on the transaction.

If you are on the edge about a guitar and think you might return it, we highly recomend paying with ACH as there is 0% payment processing fee if returned. You will need to contact us in order to use this method.

By payment method, the payment processing charge for a return and full refund is:

Credit Card: 3%
PayPal: 3%
Affirm: 10%
Klarna: 5%
ACH/Bank Wire: 0%
