Yes! Saturday is the only day that our showroom is walk-in, from 11am-4pm ET.

Ever been to Guitar Center on a busy day? We don't want anyone playing Sweet Child O' Mine over you while you are trying to hear the subtle differences between two vintage Martins, and I'm sure you don't either.

We want to cultivate an enviroment that is uninterrupted and focused on you and your needs as a musician, and the best way to do that is with an appointment.

Don't worry, you don't need to schedule something a week away! We can sometimes get you an appointment slot the same day you contact us, although next-day is much more likely. We are also newly open to the public on Saturdays if you want to drop by!

For other days of the week - most likely! Subject to availability of course - Mondays and Fridays tend to book up fast.

The more notice we have, the more flexible we can be, but even "hey I can be there in 30 minutes" often is enough heads up. Most appointments booked within 24-48 hours get the exact time slot they request.

Yes! We will do our best to accomodate your schedule, but Sundays and outside of our typical 11am-6pm schedule are entirely subject to our staff's availability.

90% of our business is online, so our entire team is in person working hard Monday-Friday during business hours. Only sales staff is available on Saturdays.
