All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup to a comfortable action as specified by that instrument’s manufacturer. Our setups always include inspection of (and necessary adjustment to): action, intonation, tremolo angle, truss rod, frets, nut, bridge, and more. We can accommodate special setup requests - additional charges and/or shipping delays of 1-2 business days could occur.

Case Details: Hardshell Case 

Cosmetic Condition: Overall in Very Good but given the age of this instrument, it could be considered near excellent condition.   Lots of beautiful finish checking throughout, some chipping of finish on the headstock.  There are fingerboard wear indentations from years of playand exposed holes in the back of the headstock from tuner replacement. 

Tech Notes: Guitar, Hardware and Electronics were cleaned/tested and are functioning appropriately. Setup with minimal neck relief and medium/low action. Plays great throughout the entire neck with great low action and consistent intonation/playability. Some minor fret wear evident throughout but doesn't impact the playability/intonation of the instrument. Some fingerboard wear/small divots most notably at the 1st fret.

Mods or Repairs: Original Pots in case, functioning however they are quite dirty and causing crackling/issues. We replaced these with some high quality CTS pots and the original caps/output jack of the guitar. All the original pots have been bagged/labeled and are included in the case. See photos for original pot codes. Original tuners were replaced at some point in the past with Grovers. Original Tuners NOT included. Original tailpiece (would have been nickle) appears to be replaced by a chrome version (introduced in 1965).
