Neck Profile: Wide D
Neck Thickness (IN): 1st fret: .877”, 12th fret: 1.037”

Neck Details: This neck has aged really well since it began its life in the 1960s, the finish has aged and softened over time giving the neck a very nice broken in feel for the player. The maple laminate is a really strong and has kept the neck pin straight. There is one small dent behind the second fret that is noticeable to the touch, but it’s smooth and doesn’t harm any playability.
Fret wear: Original frets have some playwear associated with its age with most of the wear in the first cowboy chord frets under the D, G, and B strings. There is wear under the D and G strings up through the 9Th fret; however, the fret wear is not heavy and it does not effect the playability or tone of this 12 string acoustic.
High E string gauge: 12
Electronics: Vintage period correct single coil
Pickup Details: Unknown Make and Model, but the pickup is a period correct sound hole pickup
Hardware: Original tuners, bridge, and saddle, pickup and controls added in the past
Case Details: No case
Modifications / Repairs: Sometime in its past this Framus had a soundhole pickup, a volumepot, and a tone pot added to it. They all seem period correct and work well!
Cosmetic Condition: Very Good - For the instrument’s age it’s very clean with some swirling and checking in the finish. The soundboard has aged well with some light scuffing and play wear by the electronic knobs, as well as a few small blemishes by the pickup. The neck has some checking by the headstock as well as some black paint added on the headstock to cover some chips from the past. The back and sides show wear in the finish and some buckle rash, there is a crack in the finish along the top side of the body as well as a chip in the binding around the same area. The back has two spots where the finish has worn through and there is a bit of rash and markings in the back as well.
Tech Inspection Report: Plays well with smooth action, the fretwear is visible but does not effect the playability or tone of the guitar.
