1970-1972 Gibson Dove Natural
SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR TECH TEAM
All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup to a comfortable action as specified by that instrument’s manufacturer. Our setups always include inspection of (and necessary adjustment to): action, intonation, tremolo angle, truss rod, frets, nut, bridge, and more. We can accommodate special setup requests - additional charges and/or shipping delays of 1-2 business days could occur.
INDIVIDUALLY PHOTOGRAPHED
After 15 years of innovation in our photography process, Ish Guitars has developed a way to get you the most accurate true-to-life color of every instrument we sell. We never embellish, oversaturate, or misrepresent our images, so that your buying experience can be as much like visiting our showroom as possible. Keep in mind that various computer screens can show colors a bit differently, so the color on your screen may not match the real thing perfectly no matter how hard we try. Also, unless otherwise noted, we individually list and photo every piece of gear that comes through our doors.

SPECS
Case: Hardshell Case
Weight: 5.5 lbs
Cosmetic Condition: Guitar is in good condition. Lots of playwear, dings, and scratches throughout the entire guitar. See our tech notes section below for an overview on some of the imperfections of the guitar in detail. The case is also quite worn and the adhesive has started to deteriorate near the headstock section of the case.
Tech Notes: Good player with medium action and minimal relief. The guitar was strung with 12-54 D'Addario Phosphor Bronze strings. Overall the guitar is in great shape for the age and there are no major issues. The frets are in pretty great shape overall and appear original. The pickguard is original and in great shape as well. There is a very slight pressure crack in the side of the bridge and it is not significant. There are a few other areas that show light pressure cracks (see photos) all are insignificant and likely not far below the surface deep, showing no signs of trouble or movement any time soon. The saddle is set as long as it can go with the internal screws, yet it still plays great.
