SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

Cosmetic condition:  Very good.  There are various dings and scratches around the entire piece.  Most obvious imperfections include a small area of scratching below the knobs and some indentations on the back of the neck.

Tech Notes: Newly setup with 10s. Plays well, medium low action, everything works as it should. Plays like an LP! Some nut work done to optimize action, and a replacement saddle piece was installed from previous owner.
