Cosmetic Condition: The guitar is in excellent condition with only a few super minor imperfections. There are two small areas of scratching on the left side lower bout that we pointed out in our listing photos. There is also a bit of hazing in the satin finish on the top back and sides that is only noticeable in very strong direct light. This is most noticeable on the back of the guitar in the center - you can see a bit of a buffing in the finish from it being rubbed against a shirt while being played. Extremely clean guitar otherwise.

Tech Notes: Setup with Martin Phosphorous Bronze 12's. Neck Relief 0.005". String Height at 12th Fret 5/64" - 4/64". Guitar plays comfortably throughout entire neck with great intonation. No buzz.
