SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

Dingwall Combustion 5-String Bass Indigoburst

The Combustion is a break-through in terms of performance per dollar. By combining North American sourced materials and components with Chinese manufacturing we now offer many of the Dingwall tone and performance advantages at an extremely affordable price. Final setup and inspection is done in the Dingwall shop in Canada so you know the basses will play great right out of the box.

Cosmetic Condition: Bass is in excellent condition.  Super well maintained, few areas of scratching near the electronics controls.  Otherwise it is extremely clean. 

Tech Notes: Great player with lower action and minimal relief.  This guitar has Dingwall 45-130 strings installed.  Very light fretwear, no board wear.  Guitar appears to be very well taken care of all in all.  All electronics function perfectly.
