All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

Gator’s stylish Deluxe wood guitar cases are made from a heavy-duty plywood providing hard-shell protection for your valuable instrument. The plush lined foam padded interior keeps your guitar looking brand new and includes ample storage for related accessories such as picks, strings, capo, and more. Each model includes lockable chrome plated latches and an ergonomically designed padded carry handle. Standard models feature thick black Tolex-wrapped exterior with white contrast stitching. Go for a classic look with the distressed leather-like finish of the Vintage Electric Case or the Traditional Brown cases for Gibson guitars featuring the luxurious bright magenta plush interior and guitar cover. Models are available to fit a variety of standard electric, acoustic and bass guitars with custom fit models also available for Gibson Les Paul, SG and 335, Fender Jaguar and Jazzmaster, and an extra wide case perfect for PRS guitars.
