SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR TECH TEAM

Tech Notes: All hardware and electronics have been tested and are functioning to manufacturer's specifications. Fretboard cleaned and frets have been polished. Setup with medium/low action and minimal relief in the neck for great playability across the entire fretboard.

Cosmetic Condition: Bass is in excellent condition.  There is a small ding under the lowest control knob. 

Case: Original gigbag
