SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

Martin J-40 Jumbo Acoustic Guitar

DESCRIPTION

Classic styling with a tight-waisted jumbo body shape, the J-40 is constructed from East Indian rosewood back and sides, a spruce top, and a hand-fit dovetail neck joint. It produces a tone that is beautifully balanced with powerful response and projection, enhancing the art of the singer-songwriter and session player. Boasting gold open geared tuners and Martin’s most comfortable high performance neck, this rare Martin body size has polished gloss finish and a Jumbo tone to set you apart.

SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR TECH TEAM

All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup tailored to your individual tuning and string gauge preferences, if available. Our setups always include action, intonation, trem angle, and truss rod adjustments.  If needed, we smooth out fret edges, address any nut or bridge shim issues, polish the frets, and condition the fingerboard.  All work is completed by our experienced tech team who understand what today's players want from their instruments. If not otherwise requested our techs will setup each instrument to a comfortable medium/low action with minimal truss rod relief dependent on the instrument style. Please reach out after purchase if you have any specific requests about your setup.
