SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if ā€œfree shippingā€ is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

Guitarist Mark Holcomb helps achieve this full, lethal sound with his PRS guitars and signature Seymour Duncan Scarlet and Scourge pickups. PRS and Holcomb have worked closely together to develop a truly unique guitar for the SE Series lineup.

The SE Mark Holcomb model truly stands on its own in the PRS lineup and delivers addictive playability thanks to some unique specifications, including a 24-fret, 25.5ā€ scale length wide thin satin maple neck with 20ā€ radius ebony fretboard. Holcombā€™s signature pickups provide the right amount of output and articulation whether youā€™re playing sophisticated chords or solos and whether youā€™re playing alone or working in the mix of a band. Other specifications include a quilted maple veneer, black chrome hardware, and a 3-way blade pickup switch with push/pull tone knob for coil splitting.
