Introducing the Americano - a special collaboration between Ish Guitars and Lambertones, created to celebrate our 15th anniversary. Designed hand-in-hand with Kurtis Lamberton, this pickup brings a fresh take to vintage-inspired tone with all the clarity and versatility you expect from Lambertones.
Kurtis is known for his modern, clean, and articulate designs - but with the Americano, we set out to create something with a little more old-school soul. Think warm, expressive mids, smooth top-end, and just the right amount of punch. It’s not a clone of anything - it’s a new flavor entirely, but with nods to the pickups that shaped generations.
During development, we compared prototypes against a range of industry staples, including the PRS 58/15 LT and Lambertones’ own Crema. What we ended up with is something we genuinely love: a pickup that holds its own against the best, with a little extra depth, sweetness, and that hard-to-describe juiciness.
Whether you’re chasing dynamic cleans, rich overdriven tones, or just want something unique with character, the Americano delivers. And yes - the name fits. Smooth, strong, and ready to get your day started right.
