The Tacoma CB10C E7 Thunderchief Bass from the Wing Series has a solid spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, one-piece mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, 34" scale length, abalone dot inlays, branded logo, black tuners, light satin finish, and comes with a case.
The CB10C E7 is the voice of low-end authority in the Tacoma Wing Series. Critics have called Tacoma basses among the best sounding acoustic basses on the market. It's all in the bracing. The CB10C bass has an incredibly wide and balanced range plus that extra volume that the Wing series instruments are known for.
The Tacoma E7 electronics feature the A1 B-Band preamp and pickup. The B-Band pickup is a unique condenser element that works just like a microphone diaphragm. It senses vibrations from the top, as well as reflected sound waves from the interior of the bass guitar. The preamp has adjustable internal switching for low and high frequency boost, gain boost and low frequency cut. This optimizes the preamp without affecting overall tone.
