TRADES - LAYAWAY - 0% FINANCING
Weight: 7.9lbs
Case: Hardshell Case
Year: 1987
Cosmetic Condition: Guitar has a good amount of playwear, dings, and scratches. There are a few indentations on the back of the guitar and some chips on the corners of the headstock. There are also a few small dings on the top of the guitar that were a bit difficult to capture in a photograph. Near the G string tuner on the back of the headstock there is also a small area that looks like a bit of the clear coat is coming off slightly. See our listing photos for details. Very good condition.
SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR LUTHIER
Tech Notes: All parts appear to be original and in working order. However, the neck pickup reads Vintage Bass, but it should be a B pickup. It may have been swapped at some point, likely early on. Additionally, there is a light amount of routing around the sweet switch in the control cavity (see pic) someone at some point likely installed a tone pot instead of the sweet switch, then reinstalled the original sweet switch, this is only visible inside of the control cavity. The knife edge appears to be slightly deformed likely from someone adjusting tremolo screws without relieving string tension (see pic), but after testing the tremolo holds tune perfectly. 10-46 plays great, very little fret wear.
Due to photo upload limits, we can't include every photo of the internals of this guitar or blacklight photos. They can be provided upon request, just send us a message!
