SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

This bass came from a good customer, who happens to be the best orchestral luthier in our area, so this bass came in exactly setup as it should be. Please ask with any questions.

Cosmetic Condition: Very good.  The bass has one very small chip in the finish where the neck meets the body as well as a tiny crack in the headstock that looks like it could have been that way from the factory.  Bass is in extremely good shape, the satin finish does have a small bit of buffing here and there from being played.
