All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

Previously owned by a Gibson employee and never sold to the public, this instrument has remained unplayed since its debut at NAMM 2019. Crafted exclusively for the Alabama crew and select members, it bears the distinction of being the final serial number produced of the run. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and its original case, this guitar embodies a rare and cherished piece of musical history.

SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR TECH TEAM

All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup to a comfortable action as specified by that instrument’s manufacturer. Our setups always include inspection of (and necessary adjustment to): action, intonation, tremolo angle, truss rod, frets, nut, bridge, and more. We can accommodate special setup requests - additional charges and/or shipping delays of 1-2 business days could occur.

Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition with a bit of tarnishing on the chrome pick guard and back plates.  Few super minor scratches on the back.  

Tech Notes: Great medium/low action player with minimal relief in the nekc. All hardware and electronics tested in house by our techs were found functioning to manufacturer's specifications. Little to no fret wear noted during inspection.
