SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

Case: Original Hardshell Case 

Weight: 8.1 lbs  

Tech Notes: Guitar, Hardware, and Electronics were cleaned/tested and are functioning appropriately. Setup with minimal neck relief, comfortable medium/low action and great playability throughout the entire neck. D'Addario 10-42 gauge strings.

Cosmetic Notes: Very good condition. Beltwear present on the back of the body.  Control panel cover cloudy and scratched up.
