All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

But, what is a PRS Wood Library? Wood Library guitars can only be ordered in quantities of 10 pieces by a PRS Signature Dealer (that's us!).  They can't be ordered by a customer like other PRS Core models. The dealer must go to the PRS factory to hand-select woods and options, of which there are many.  Out of the 10 guitars ordered, there can be 5 of each variation, with 5 total colors to be selected. That means that each variation gets 1 color, making every guitar it's own unique piece.

Basically, a Wood Library is like a half-price Private Stock!

Cosmetic Condition: Guitar is in very good condition with a few minor signs of use all of which are very difficult to see on the guitar.  There is some pick scratching on the satin finish below the strings as well as a dark spot in the finish on the back of the guitar.  We outlined these in our listing photos but keep in mind they are very tricky to see.
