All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup tailored to your individual tuning and string gauge preferences, if available. Our setups always include action, intonation, trem angle, and truss rod adjustments.  If needed, we smooth out fret edges, address any nut or bridge shim issues, polish the frets, and condition the fingerboard.  All work is completed by our experienced tech team who understand what today's players want from their instruments. If not otherwise requested our techs will setup each instrument to a comfortable medium/low action with minimal truss rod relief dependent on the instrument style. Case Details: Original Gig Bag 

Cosmetic Condition: Very good condition with some imperfections from shipping damage.  There are some visible crack repair markings on the neck/headstock joint as well as a small neck pocket crack.  Headstock point has a bit of damage from impact in shipping (which we assume caused the other issues).  There is also a small chip on the fretboard around the 9th fret.  

Tech Notes: Guitar, Hardware, and Electronics were cleaned/tested and are functioning appropriately. Fretboard cleaned and frets polished. Setup with minimal neck relief and medium/low action. Plays evenly throughout the entire fretboard with consistent intonation. 

Mods or Repairs: This guitar was a new item that incurred a small neck crack in shipping. The item was returned and we repaired the issue. Re-glued, cleaned, smooth to touch. Structurally stable.
