Condition: Excellent with some minor fretboard chipout at the nut as well as some scratching on the pickup covers

Tech Notes: Guitar, Hardware, and Electronics have been cleaned/tested and are functioning appropriately. Fretboards cleaned and Frets polished. No fret wear or fret buzz evident. Setup with minimal neck relief and medium/low action. Plays great throughout the entire neck with consistent intonation. Great feeling on both the 12 string and 6 string sides without being an unmanageable weight. 

Mods/Repairs/Issues: Small chipout on fretboard by high e string at nut.
