Aria Pro II PE-R80 Japan Brown Made in Japan MIJ Electric Guitar
For the first time sold in the USA in over 20 years! Introducing the 2022 Aria Pro II PE-R80 guitar. Hand crafted in Japan, and sold exclusively by Ish Guitars in the USA.
The PE-R80 is the most famous guitar you've never heard of. Played by A-list rock star of the 70's and 80's like Neil Schon of Journey and Andrew Ridgeley of Wham!, these guitars scream with gain, and sound full and sultry when clean.
Japanese quality is well known by their incredibly high precision. If the Japanese can make a Katana that can cut other swords in half, you better bet they can make a fantastic guitar!
The most impressive features of this MIJ Aria include:
- Arched maple top AND back with mahogany core
- Heel-less neck for easy upper fret access
- Curved, inlaid maple control cavity covers
- Inlaid knobs and switches
- Custom made "Classic Power" Humbuckers (similar to the DiMarzio Super Distortion Humbucking Pickups that were originally in this guitar, but with custom improvements by Aria)
- Custom Aria SPT Bridge and QH Tailpiece
Make sure to watch our YouTube video with clean and dirty sounds (the bridge pickup SCREAMS with high gain!) and all the reasons why an Aria is the guitar you need to round out your collection.
Availability is VERY limited (only 6 in our first batch), we have no idea if/when we will be able to get more of these guitars for the American market so get them while they are hot!
