SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

Case: Original Gibson hard case included

Cosmetic Condition:  Very good condition - one owner with original receipt in hard case.  Some minor scratching throughout the guitar.  Mostly just below the pick guard and a small scratch on the lower back of the guitar that can be seen in our listing photos.  There is also some yellowing on the binding along the bottom of the guitar - most likely from the finish/binding reacting to a guitar stand material.  Very minor fretwear on the 1st and 2nd fret on the second (high b) string.
