SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup to a comfortable action as specified by that instrument’s manufacturer. Our setups always include inspection of (and necessary adjustment to): action, intonation, tremolo angle, truss rod, frets, nut, bridge, and more. Cosmetic Condition: Very good condition. Light scratches on the back near the base of the body. Minor pick scratching below strings. Tiny ding near the rear control panel cover on the edge of the body. Light scratches/scuffs present on the pickups.

Tech Notes: All hardware and electronics have been tested and are functioning to manufacturers specifications. Fretboard has been cleaned. Action set medium/low with minimal relief in the neck for great playability across the entire fretboard. Little to no fret wear noted during inspection.
