The Tribute Limited Edition OM-28E has a few small differences from the OM-28E Retro - internal electronics instead of side-mounted, different pickguard color and binding, and few other minor items. The big difference is the price - the Tribute is a limited edition, and a whopping $1000 less than the Retro!
