SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

Experience incredible vintage sweetness, clarity, and extended tonal range, by virtue of the PRS S2 Custom 22's upgraded 85/15 "S" humbuckers. Wrap your hands around this guitar's rosewood-capped Pattern Regular neck, and you'll have a hard time putting it down. Perform everything from subtle expressive nuances to full dive-bombs with this guitar's vibrato bridge/tailpiece.
