Layaway (we hold the gear until its paid off, no credit check)

  • Layaway with 25% down with 90 days to pay, no weekly payments

To get started: contact us and we will send you a layaway contract to e-sign and 25% invoice.

SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

This SE Custom 24 Floyd has a super cool unique feature: 30th Anniversary bird inlays, even though it was never a 30th anniversary model. This guitar is like none other.

Our popular SE Custom 24 gets an edgy makeover with the addition of the Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo. When you dig into the Floyd Rose Tremolo paired with our SE HFS and Vintage Bass pickups, you will like the sound that comes out – and your neighbors may come knocking.

The SE Custom 24 pays homage to the guitar Paul Reed Smith took to his first tradeshow in 1985 and is now offered with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo. This tremolo is Korean-made with the same design and high-quality materials as the “Original.” The SE “Floyd” Custom boasts SE HFS and SE Vintage Bass pickups paired with a push-pull tone control and 3-way blade pickup switch for coil tapping.
