SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

The S2 VR Vela was developed with Living Colour founder, Vernon Reid. Initially attracted by the Vela’s o set body shape, Vernon took this guitar to another level through a unique set of appointments. Loaded with two HFS pickups, the S2 VR Vela has an aggressive sound with clear highs and strong mids and bass. e Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo adds new sonic options for players and provides the con dence to dive bomb without going out of tune. e S2 VR Vela also features a “V-shape” neck that feels full and strong in your hand and a unique pickguard designed by Vernon himself.
