DESCRIPTION

Inspired by one of our founder’s personal favorite PRS models, the discontinued McCarty Archtop Spruce, Ish and PRS teamed up to create an exclusive Hollowbody I Spruce Piezo special run. This is a configuration you simply can’t get anywhere else in the current PRS Core lineup.

The combination of a spruce top and carved mahogany back is what makes these special. You get a warm, full midrange with plenty of clarity and detail, plus an acoustic quality that comes through whether you’re plugged in or playing unplugged. The PRS Piezo system takes that even further, giving you electric and legitimate amplified acoustic sounds in one guitar.

If you’ve played a Hollowbody II Piezo, expect these guitars to sound warmer and fuller, with more of that natural richness you’d associate with a spruce-and-mahogany acoustic. PRS built just 10 of these, exclusively for Ish Guitars - get yours before they are gone!
