SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

The Standard Series basses cater to the needs of modern bass players by offering a combination of supremely low weight, versatile electronics, multi-scale configuration, EndurNeck neck profile, and an ergonomic body design. The Fishman Fluence Bass Soapbar pickups, Fishman 2-band preamp, and a solid Basswood body make for a focused and deep tone that can be altered in many directions depending on the situation, and the Roasted Maple neck and fretboard add stability and beauty for long gigs in the spotlight. The Boden Bass Standard 4 is the perfect partner for the bassist who wishes to take their playing to the next level.

SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR TECH TEAM

All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup to a comfortable action as specified by that instrument’s manufacturer. Our setups always include inspection of (and necessary adjustment to): action, intonation, tremolo angle, truss rod, frets, nut, bridge, and more. We can accommodate special setup requests - additional charges and/or shipping delays of 1-2 business days could occur.
