Cosmetic Condition: Very good. The guitar has scratching throughout, can be seen mostly where the fretboard meets the body on the top of the guitar as well as a few deeper ones on the back. Overall in great shape.

Tech Notes: Strung with 10-47 Martin 12 string string, setup to Martin factory spec. Plays great, no fret buzz, cleaned up great, sounds good and the electronics work as they should.
