SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

What is a PRS Wood Library?

  1. A Wood Library cannot be ordered by a customer. They can only be ordered in a quantity of 10 pieces by a PRS Signature Dealer like ourselves. 
  2. The dealer must go to the PRS factory to hand-select woods and options.
  3. There are many options and models not usually available to a customer.
  4. Of the 10 guitars, there can be 5 of each variation.
  5. There can be 5 total colors selected, so each variation gets 1 color, making every guitar it's own unique piece.
