SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and signature required at delivery (excluding small accessories).

Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same-day.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: All delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order leaves our store, otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return an item for any reason up to 5 days from receipt of the item, with the exception of international orders or instruments that have been modified at the customer's request. You will need to pay the return shipping cost and outgoing shipping cost (even if “free shipping” is offered), as well as applicable restocking fees dependent on your payment method (usually a 3-10% fee, specific amounts can be found at the link below).

Condition: Very good with some various scratches/wear throughout.  Minor crack repair visible on the last few frets.  Small chip on headstock point.  Few marks on the back of the neck as well. 

Tech Notes: Bass, Hardware, and Electronics have been cleaned/tested and are functioning appropriately. Fretboard cleaned and Frets polished. No fret wear evident. Setup with minimal neck relief and medium/low action. Plays great throughout the entire neck with consistent intonation. Fantastic feeling/sounding instrument with a long life ahead of it. Reversed Truss rod. 

Mods/Repairs/Issues: 2 small fretboard cracks were filled/reglued/stabilized.

All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup to a comfortable action as specified by that instrument’s manufacturer. Our setups always include inspection of (and necessary adjustment to): action, intonation, tremolo angle, truss rod, frets, nut, bridge, and more. We can accommodate special setup requests - additional charges and/or shipping delays of 1-2 business days could occur.
